Mangaluru, June 24: Samarthan-2024, an intra-college Moot Championship was held here at Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Law College Centre for Post Graduate Studies & Research in Law, Mangaluru, on June 21, 22.

The competition, organized by the Moot Court Society of the college, included two Preliminary rounds, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals. 

Principal of the college Dr. Tharantha inaugurated the event which was aimed to enhance students' advocacy skills and provide insight into national-level moot court competitions.

Faculty Convenor of the Moot Court Society Dr. Suma Suresh Kogilgeri, Student Secretary Sachin Hegde, Student Coordinators Mayur, Bhargavi, Aswathy, and Shreevara were present.

The Finals of Samarthan -2024 were presided over by a three-member bench consisting of Adv. Kishor B. K., Adv. Ansar and Adv. Kavitha Murugesh of Mangalore Bar Association.

Final-year students (3 years LLB) of SDM Law College, Vaishnav Hegde, Syed Junaid, and Vallish Tantri emerged as the Champions.
